Lyons Middle/Senior High School is a focal point of strong community involvement and activity. Academically, the middle school is rated 'High' (ranking in the top 15% of all middle schools) and the high school is rated 'excellent' (ranks 30th/351 high schools). Lyons Elementary School is an essential part of this close-knit community. The school's small size, (approximately 200, preschool through fifth grade) along with our dedicated staff insure our student's needs are met. Thanks to an active Parent/Teacher Organization, volunteers are highly involved providing many additional learning opportunities.

Lyons Community Montessori (LCM) provides a nurturing environment, cultivating each child's natural desire to learn. The student to teacher ratio of 7.5 to 1, rare in Boulder County, provides more one-on-one learning opportunities for your child. This unique school setting features both finely tuned instruction and homespun care. It is the perfect blend for the first years of your child's education.
